Our client, a leading organization in the printing and technical support industry, is seeking a Onsite Technical Administrator to join their team. As a Onsite Technical Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the technical service team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Onsite Technical Administrator
Location:San Francisco, CA
Pay Range: $29/hr
Must Have: Printer technician/install/ troubleshooting experience
What's the Job?
- Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms/applications using established protocols.
- Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate system/products following standard protocols.
- Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables/paper, and assist end users with device functionality.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated work experience.
- Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a related field.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
