Our client, a leading provider of print and document management solutions, is seeking a Onsite Technical Administrator to join their team. As a Onsite Technical Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting client sites in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Onsite Technical Administrator

Pay Rate: 27 - 34

Location: Phoenix, AZ

What's the Job?

  • Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
  • Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard procedures.
  • Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, paper, and ensuring adequate supplies at customer sites.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
