Our Financial Services client is seeking an Data Analytics Consultant to join their team. 

Job Title: Analytics Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Pay Range: $55-57/hr.w2.

What’s the Job?

Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Data & Change Assurance function by strengthening metric governance, reporting oversight, change governance, documentation standards, and data transparency.

Partner across business, risk, technology, and data teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy, regulatory requirements, and governance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern metrics, reporting, and key risk indicators across FCRM.
• Oversee data quality, reporting integrity, and control effectiveness.
• Assess impacts of business, regulatory, process, and technology changes.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Enhance data transparency, lineage, traceability, and reporting controls
• Support regulatory, audit, and risk governance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement data governance and change management practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience required in data analytics, risk management, compliance, data management, or change management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to communicate complex issues and recommendations to leadership.
