UAT Coordinator

Our client, a consumer products company undergoing a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation, is seeking a UAT Coordinator to join their team. As a UAT Coordinator, you will be part of the ERP Transformation Program supporting Business Process Owners, PMO, IT, Accenture, Data Migration, EDI, and Business Stakeholder teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and execution-focused project coordination expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UAT Coordinator

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $70-82/hr W2

What’s the Job?

• Coordinate North America User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.
• Manage test plans, test scripts, execution tracking, and testing readiness activities.
• Facilitate defect management, triage meetings, and issue resolution coordination.
• Support governance reporting, status updates, RAID tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive business sign-off, testing evidence collection, and overall go-live readiness.

What’s Needed?

• 5+ years of UAT coordination, testing, ERP implementation, or project/program coordination experience.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, script management, and defect tracking.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or JD Edwards.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination skills.
