Digital Payments Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Digital Payments Business Analyst to join their team. As a Digital Payments Business Analyst, you will be part of the Payments Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Madison, WI

What's the Job?

• Analyze and document digital payment processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Support agile development teams by refining product backlog and clarifying user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of payment solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning and review sessions to facilitate continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in payment banking projects.
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and transparently.
• Experience working in Agile teams, interacting with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Familiarity with Mainframe systems is a plus.
• Willingness to attend meet and greet sessions at onsite locations and travel as required.
