Senior EDI Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and technology sector, is seeking a dedicated Senior EDI Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Senior EDI Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT and Business Operations teams supporting key initiatives and process improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence and responsibility, strong technical aptitude, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior EDI Analyst

Location: Deerfield, IL. Training will be fully ONSITE for the first 3 - 6 weeks depending on how quickly the resource ramps up. Once training is complete, the role will move to hybrid model.

Pay Range: $23.75 - $25/hr w2

What's the Job?

• Lead and support the development, testing, and deployment of new revenue management systems through EDI initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
• Ensure data standards compliance with HIPAA, DSCSA, and industry regulations, maintaining adherence to privacy and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT, suppliers, and customers on business initiatives, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
• Support customer onboarding processes and troubleshoot complex EDI issues to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (highly preferred).
• 3-5 years of recent experience in EDI, with at least 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML.
• Experience with EDI software, mapping tools, and understanding of healthcard data exchange and compliance regulations like DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
