Business Analyst – Loan IQ

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Loan IQ product expertise to join a dynamic Agile product team. This role will serve as the bridge between business and technology teams, supporting commercial lending initiatives, gathering requirements, and driving product enhancements. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on Loan IQ experience with Agile BA expertise and strong techno-functional capabilities.
 

Job Title: Business Analyst-Loan IQ

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $68/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Loan IQ-related projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stakeholder reviews, and requirements clarification.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives, Loan IQ capabilities, and integration requirements.
• Participate in testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and process improvement initiatives.

What’s Needed?

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting Agile product teams and software delivery initiatives.
• Hands-on Loan IQ product expertise (required) with strong knowledge of commercial lending operations and workflows.
• Experience creating and managing user stories, epics, functional specifications, and requirements documentation.
• Strong techno-functional skills, including exposure to API integrations, system interfaces, and data flows between applications.
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, and business analysis.

• Experience supporting commercial banking, lending, or financial services technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and product-driven development.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience supporting UAT, test planning, and solution validation efforts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
