Business Analyst – Loan IQ

 Our Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Loan IQ product expertise to join a fast-paced Agile product team. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology teams to support commercial lending initiatives, drive product enhancements, and deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep Loan IQ knowledge with strong Agile BA experience and a techno-functional mindset.

Job Title: Business Analyst (Loan IQ)
Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $70/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Loan IQ-related initiatives and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to create and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, stakeholder reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate end-to-end solution delivery by translating business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate UAT activities, validate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

What’s Needed?

• Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within Agile and product-focused environments.
• Mandatory Loan IQ product expertise, including hands-on experience supporting commercial lending operations and workflows.
• Proven experience creating and managing user stories, epics, functional requirements, and business process documentation.
• Ability to effectively partner with both business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Techno-functional skills, including experience with API integrations, SQL queries, data analysis, testing, and system interfaces.
• Key Skills: Loan IQ, Commercial Lending, Agile Methodology, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, User Stories, Requirements Gathering, API Integration, SQL, UAT Testing, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Techno-Functional Analysis.

• Commercial banking and lending technology experience.
• Product ownership support experience within Agile teams.
• Experience with data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting using SQL.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
