Our client, a leading organization in the technology and support services industry, is seeking a US - Field Technical Spt Rep V - US1 to join their team. As a US - Field Technical Spt Rep V - US1, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting onsite hardware and software maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US - Field Technical Spt Rep V - US1

Location:Saint Paul, MN

What's the Job?

  • Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
  • Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard procedures.
  • Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Execute scripted change management activities in accordance with incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Maintain daily production goals, exceed response time expectations, and support operational plans with minimal supervision.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
  • Ability to manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables/paper, and clear paper jams.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to assist end users with device functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
