Specialist Customer Service

Our client, a healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a Specialist Customer Service to join their team. As a Specialist Customer Service, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Heart Failure Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Specialist Customer Service

Location:Livermore, CA

Pay Range: $25 to $27/ hr on w2

What's the Job?

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Assist customers with demographic, member plan, and physician changes, as well as collecting results and creating supply orders.
  • Provide customer support by addressing concerns, explaining policies, and managing escalations and complaints.
  • Support testing procedures, product overviews, and basic technology instructions for customers.
  • Promote and assist customers with the use of digital platforms to enhance their experience.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple websites, platforms, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Flexibility to work within changing priorities and schedules, including training hours and occasional fill-ins.
