Billing Product Manager

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise workflow platforms and financial operations, is seeking a Billing Product Manager to join their team. As a Billing Product Manager , you will be part of the product management and project delivery team supporting business process modernization and platform implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Austin, TX & Raleigh, NC

Pay Range:$55/hr  
 

What's the Job?

• Lead the migration and modernization of legacy billing processes onto a new Pega-based platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams to analyze existing workflows and design streamlined, automated processes.
• Define product vision, roadmap, functional requirements, and user stories for billing system enhancements.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and status reports to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive change management, validation, and release planning to ensure a seamless transition to the new platform.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Project Manager leading business process modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise workflow platforms, automation, and system integrations.
• Experience gathering business requirements, drafting functional specifications, and managing backlogs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to evaluate legacy systems and design modern, scalable workflows.
