As a key member of the Content Strategy & Production department, supporting the creative and marketing teams, you will play a vital role in shaping compelling visual content that resonates with diverse audiences. What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end production of low-funnel assets, including macro photography, educational stills, before/afters, and wear-tests to showcase product efficacy and textures.
• Oversee video production focused on routines and efficacy demonstrations, ensuring content aligns with social media trends and brand voice.
• Integrate innovative AI-driven technology for product visualization and advanced demos to maintain industry leadership in digital beauty.
• Manage on-set activities, directing the shoot schedule, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
• Coordinate post-production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of polished assets for global campaigns and product launches.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in content production, creative agency, or brand-side beauty content creation.
• Deep understanding of makeup application, formula textures, and visual storytelling within the beauty industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex shot lists and product logistics efficiently.
• Interest or experience with AI tools for content enhancement and product visualization.
• Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
