Recruiter Remote US Pharma

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and research industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring efforts for various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:North Carolina, NC

Pay Range:$40/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage full life cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted sourcing and engagement efforts.
• Leverage data, market insights, and analytics to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication and providing a seamless hiring process.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting within a CRO or Clinical Research environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday or similar systems preferred.
• Strong consultative, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
