Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Technology Transformation Specialist to join their team. As a Technology Transformation Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Technology Transformation team supporting various transformation activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to succeed within the organization.

Job Title: Technology Transformation Specialist

Location: Hybrid role in Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite per week)

Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr w2 (Depends on experience)

What's the Job?

• Assess current technology operating practices, including Jira usage, project management tools, reporting processes, and data quality.
• Support change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities.
• Track transformation milestones, outcomes, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular progress reporting.
• Gather and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders and data sources into clear, actionable presentations and recommendations.
• Reconcile and validate data across Jira, ServiceNow SPM, Excel, and other reporting sources.

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting project delivery, technology operations, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop clear, executive-ready presentations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation, and data reconciliation.
• Experience using Jira for project, delivery, or book-of-work tracking.
• Ability to organize and analyze information from multiple stakeholders, systems, and data sources.
