What's the Job?

• Drive operational effectiveness through workforce planning and resource allocation
• Manage financial activities including budget forecasting, expense management, and financial analysis
• Oversee headcount planning, workforce analytics, and organizational reporting
• Ensure compliance with risk management and vendor governance policies
• Translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
