Reports Developer (Tableau/Microstrategy)

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Reports Developer (Tableau/Microstrategy) to join their dynamic team. As a Reports Developer (Tableau/Microstrategy), you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics department supporting the Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Reports Developer (Tableau/Microstrategy)

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $60-65

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and MicroStrategy tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Support and enhance existing BI environments, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
• Participate in data validation, cleansing, and integration processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Server, and Cloud platforms with experience in developing complex visualizations.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with MicroStrategy/Strategy One including report creation, dashboards, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of data integration, cleansing, and validation techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
