Senior Information Security Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Information Security Analyst to join their Cybersecurity Governance and Information Protection team. As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Cyber AI Policy and Domain Governance team, supporting critical initiatives that enhance cybersecurity governance related to Cloud and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Job Title: Senior Information Security Analyst

Location: Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: 47-50/hr w2 

What's the Job?

• Support the alignment of AI and Cloud governance activities with strategic cybersecurity objectives.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and operationalization of the AI Security Governance Framework.
• Evaluate AI-specific cybersecurity risks and establish guardrails to mitigate potential threats.
• Maintain and review Cloud Control Framework (CCF) governance, incorporating evolving industry best practices and threat landscapes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of governance initiatives and maintain audit-ready documentation.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of experience in Information Security and Cloud environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• At least 1 year of experience assessing, implementing, or governing AI security requirements, including risks like prompt injection, model attacks, and data poisoning.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, COBIT, FedRamp, ISO, and others relevant to AI and cloud security.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts, including shared responsibility models and secure configuration enforcement.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
