Our client, a leading organization in the technology and media entertainment industry, is seeking a Contracts Administrator III to join their team. As a Contracts Administrator III, you will be part of the Contracts and Procurement Department supporting the Technology Strategic Sourcing team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Draft, review, and evaluate technology contracts, including Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements.
- Partner with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage multiple contract negotiations and ensure timely execution of agreements.
- Interpret contractual terms and communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and vendor information, supporting procurement and sourcing activities.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in contract drafting, redlining, and review, particularly in technology or media sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and vendors.
- Proficiency in interpreting legal and contractual language, with experience in drafting and negotiating SOWs.
- Ability to evaluate and assess vendor proposals and contractual responses critically.
