Application Developer

Our client, a data and analytics-driven organization, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the Application Development team supporting custom software initiatives and cross-functional business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 4 days onsite preferred)
Pay Range: $45-$50/hour w2
Note to subvendors: This role is not open to C2C or referrals on w2 basis

What’s the Job?

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Design, build, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and application integrations.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to analyze requirements, create technical solutions, and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications in Linux-based environments.
• Perform testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.

What’s Needed?

• Experience developing applications with Node.js.
• Strong SQL Server development and query-writing skills.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
