Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Princeton, NJ - 100% Onsite 
12 Months Contract 

What's the Job?

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer service contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and processing agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing updates, clarifying contract terms, and gathering necessary information.
• Coordinate contract billing activities, including setup, invoice generation, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations teams to support timely contract activation and renewals.
• Evaluate equipment reports to identify systems with expiring warranties and facilitate contract renewals and SAP contract submissions.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract management, customer service, or related fields.
• Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and familiarity with SAP or similar contract management systems.
