Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Transformation Coach 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Transformation Coach 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Organizational Development department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transformation Coach 

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $55-60/hr. 

What's the Job?

• Facilitate organizational change initiatives to improve processes and team effectiveness
• Support leadership in designing and implementing transformation strategies
• Coach teams and individuals through change management processes
• Develop and deliver training programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Assess organizational readiness and provide recommendations for change initiatives

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in change management or organizational development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to influence and motivate diverse teams
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Relevant certifications in change management or organizational coaching preferred
