SPC Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and supply chain management, is seeking a SPC Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a SPC Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:SPC Supply Chain Analyst

Location:Forest City, Iowa

Pay Range: $25-$30/hr 

What's the Job?

• Manage and analyze supply chain activities across intercompany orders, demand planning, order management, inventory management, transportation, and financial reporting.
• Investigate complex supply chain issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain reporting processes supporting demand planning, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve processes.
• Utilize SAP and other enterprise systems to monitor transactions, analyze data, and support operational decision-making.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience, preferably within SPC or a comparable environment.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within established guidelines.
