Configuration Compliance Analyst

Our client, a leading enterprise technology and financial services organization, is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join their team. As a Configuration Management Analyst, you will be part of the Technology Risk and Governance Team supporting Infrastructure, Security, Application, and IT Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong stakeholder management skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $56/hr. on W2

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain configuration standards, secure baselines, and operational procedures.
• Monitor compliance, identify configuration deviations, and assess technology risks.
• Coordinate remediation activities with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments with reporting and documentation.
• Enhance configuration monitoring and reporting through automation initiatives.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of experience in configuration management, cybersecurity, IT operations, vulnerability management, or IT risk.
• Experience with tools such as Qualys, Tenable/Nessus, Rapid7, Tanium, SCCM, or Intune.
• Working knowledge of CMDB platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, network infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Strong reporting, stakeholder management, and remediation tracking experience.
