Merchandising Display Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in retail merchandising and consumer product displays, is seeking a Merchandising Display Specialist to join their team. As a Merchandising Display Specialist, you will be part of the Merchandising Department supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Merchandising Display Specialist

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $52 - $55/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Design and develop innovative temporary pre-packed consumer product displays that captivate shoppers and enhance brand visibility.
• Create detailed design specifications and artwork advice based on printing methods to ensure high-quality visual presentation.
• Manage structural testing to verify the integrity and durability of packaging and display units throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate with vendors, co-packers, and internal teams to oversee the manufacturing, testing, and deployment of display solutions.
• Continuously improve existing display structures by reducing materials and labor costs while maintaining structural integrity and visual impact.

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of experience working with structural corrugated materials and secondary packaging.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and web-based tools.
• Strong ability to conceptualize in 3D and develop innovative display solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, sometimes on short notice.
