Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Salesforce Developer

Location:Addison, TX (local candidates only)

Pay Range: $65-$67/hr 

What's the Job?

• Customize, enhance, and integrate Salesforce.com applications to meet business needs
• Develop technical design documents and build technology solutions aligning business and technical considerations
• Implement Salesforce architecture including Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions
• Manage technical scope and client expectations effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders to wireframe and prototype UI designs using HTML5 and JavaScript libraries

What's Needed?

• Minimum 7+ years of IT experience with a focus on Salesforce development and Data Cloud implementation
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, including Data Cloud and Agentforce
• Proficiency in Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, CRM, and Salesforce tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
