Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure and energy management, is seeking a Datacenter Power Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team. As a Datacenter Power Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering and Construction Department supporting Power and Utility Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, meticulous organization, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Job Title:Datacenter Power Infrastructure Project Manager

Location:Sandston, VA (Hybrid work arrangement in Richmond, VA)

Pay Range:Competitive hourly rate up to $140.99

What's the Job?

• Manage engineering scope, schedule, and budget for greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit projects related to datacenter power infrastructure.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure project delivery aligns with capacity and operational goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, utility providers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects including distribution, substation, and transmission systems supporting datacenter solutions.
• Lead technical reviews, develop project documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 10 years experience in consulting engineering or construction of substations or transmission lines.
• Proven experience as a lead engineer, design manager, or project manager in utility or datacenter infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in transmission and substation design and construction.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
