Instructional Designer

Our client, an organization dedicated to advancing educational and professional development, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join their team. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting training initiatives across various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 6 Months contract with possible extension

Pay Range: $34/hr w2

What's the Job?

• Develop, design, publish, update, and maintain digital training materials and assets.
• Apply instructional design methodologies, including storyboarding, scripting, narrating, recording, and graphic design.
• Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Convert instructor-led training into engaging online courses, webinars, or self-guided modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to support the delivery of live and digital training programs.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in instructional design and learning content development.
• Proficiency in LMS administration and user management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of multimedia design and development tools is a plus.
