Sr. Test Technician Onsite Oregon

Our client, a leader in high-performance microscopy and spectroscopy solutions, is seeking a Sr. Test Technician to join their team. As a Sr. Test Technician, you will be part of the Material and Structural Analysis Division supporting manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Hillsboro, OR

Pay Range:$31/hr max

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, integration, and final testing of components in wafer-based Dual Beam systems.
• Configure, image, test, and validate Windows-based PCs and computer systems according to established work instructions and product requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Participate in continuous process improvement activities to maintain the highest standards for workplace safety and quality.
• Support development and improvement of work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, testing, repairing, or supporting PCs, servers, or similar systems.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, drivers, and hardware components.
• Knowledge of PC imaging, system deployment, cloning, backup, and recovery processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, operating systems, and software issues.
