• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements to facilitate effective solutions.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and operations teams to align project goals.
• Track project risks, dependencies, actions, and milestones to mitigate issues.
• Assist in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
• Internship or academic project experience is preferred.
