Senior SDET IOT Engineer

Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior SDET IOT Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior SDET IOT Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting IoT device testing and automation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive and contribute meaningfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior SDET IOT Engineer

Location:Seattle, WA (Onsite)

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for IoT devices and connected hardware products.
• Perform web, API, and end-to-end testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Automate test cases using frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium.
• Validate firmware releases, device connectivity, and user workflows across various protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve testing processes.

What's Needed?

• Strong programming skills in C#/.NET and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright and Selenium.
• Hands-on experience testing IoT/Smart Lock devices or other connected hardware products.
• Proficiency in SQL and test data validation techniques.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
