Security Analyst

Our client is seeking a Security Analyst to join their team. As a Security Analyst, you will be part of the Information Security Department supporting the Security Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to security challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Security Analyst

Location: Must be a CURRENT WI resident. No relocation allowed. This position can work 100% remote.

W-2 Contract | No Sponsorship: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain information security policies and workforce training programs
• Provide advanced security policy analysis and serve as a resource for staff and leadership
• Lead projects to implement new security controls and monitor compliance with security policies
• Operate and monitor security control systems at ETF on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Evaluate and implement vendor security offerings to enhance organizational security posture

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years in IT Security
• At least 8+ years of experience as an IT Professional
• 4+ years of project leadership experience
• Experience evaluating and implementing vendor security solutions for 4+ years
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
