AI Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated AI Engineer to join their innovative team. As an AI Engineer, you will be part of the AI & Automation Department supporting enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for technological advancement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr 

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, and modern AI technologies.
• Enhance productivity and automate business processes through AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models and ensure seamless API integrations.
• Utilize data analytics and AI monitoring tools to optimize AI solutions and ensure responsible AI practices.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI governance to drive innovation.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, and Azure AI Studio.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, API integration, data analytics, and responsible AI practices.
