Technical Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the banking and capital markets industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic transformation initiatives within FX and Treasury Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

Pay Range: $100 to $110

What's the Job?

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ION Wallstreet Suite (WSS) solutions to enhance FX and Treasury operations.
• Assess current operational processes and recommend target-state workflows and operating models for improved efficiency.
• Drive platform implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Technology, and Vendors to deliver strategic transformation programs.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and platform capability assessments to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of four years of hands-on experience with ION Wallstreet Suite (WSS), including multiple releases, upgrades, and migration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong configuration and functional expertise in Trade Capture & Lifecycle Management, Settlement Processing, and Payment Management.
• Deep understanding of FX workflows, data models, operational controls, and integration with systems like SWIFT, CLS, and Market Data Providers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams effectively.
