NPI Software Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a New Product Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a New Product Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the software development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 45-50 W2

What's the Job?

• Support the planning and execution of multiple software projects or programs to ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and R&D to define technical scope and deliverables.
• Refine requirements, develop logical customer-valued features, and identify synergies with existing systems.
• Manage risks, resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, and quality, and escalate as necessary.
• Define and track key performance metrics, continuously improving software development processes.

What's Needed?

• Experience in managing cross-organizational software development projects using agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems.
• Hands-on experience with software release processes and product lifecycle management tools.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and management levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent experience, with 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
