Software Quality Analyst

Our client, a leading global hospitality company with a portfolio of world-renowned brands is seeking a dedicated Software Quality Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Software Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet both functional and technical standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the organization.

Job Title: Software Quality Analyst

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range: $45-50/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements reviews, test planning, estimation, release validation, and production support.
• Design and execute risk-based functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Document test results, investigate defects using logs and payloads, and communicate quality risks to relevant teams.
• Improve test coverage, automation, and quality engineering processes while independently prioritizing work and recommending release-readiness decisions.

• Knowledge of testing tools and automation frameworks.
