IT Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the digital solutions industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Digital Application Support team, collaborating closely with IT and business units to deliver innovative solutions that drive success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with our organizational values and goals.

Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Location:Charlotte, NC (On-site, hybrid work arrangement with 3 days onsite)

Pay Range: $50-$53/hr 

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and deliver digital application solutions that meet organizational objectives.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and management using proven methodologies and tools.
• Serve as the primary facilitator between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project needs.
• Support the planning, design, and implementation of web-based projects, including complex API integrations and user enrollment functionalities.
• Assist in managing project lifecycle activities, including high-level solution design, data mapping, and test case development.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent four years of related experience in a technical or business analysis role.
• Minimum of 5 years experience supporting agile projects, particularly in web development environments with user registration and login features.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira and a solid understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of system interactions, APIs, and data mapping techniques.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
