Our client, a global technology leader, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Operations organization supporting engineering leadership, onboarding programs, and team operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible, proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Redmond, WA - Hybrid
Pay Range: $37/Hr - $39/Hr
What’s the Job?
• Manage employee device inventory, including loaner laptops, shipping, receiving, storage, tracking, and reimaging coordination.
• Support onboarding logistics for new hires and ensure a seamless employee experience across the engineering organization.
• Process and review requests for internal engineering tools, software licenses, and system access.
• Coordinate operational activities including space planning, equipment management, team events, and hackathons.
• Partner with leadership on special projects, program coordination efforts, and continuous process improvements.
What’s Needed?
• 1+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, Operations, Administrative Support, or a related role.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and MS Office/tools proficiency.
• Ability to balance project-based work with hands-on operational and administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable lifting and moving equipment, managing storage areas, and supporting device logistics activities.
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond 1-2 days per week and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
