Oracle HCM Test Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM Test Lead to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle HCM Test Lead, you will be an integral part of the Testing Department supporting the transformation initiatives across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Field Service systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Oracle HCM Test Lead

Location: Miami, FL- Hybrid

What's the Job?

• Define comprehensive test plans, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Manage the development of test cases, entry/exit criteria, and oversee testing execution
• Lead conference room pilots (CRP) and system integration testing to ensure seamless system functionality
• Coordinate test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects, maintaining high standards of quality

What's Needed?

• A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis
• Strong familiarity with various software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
• Proven experience leading at least two full lifecycle system delivery implementations in a testing capacity
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in technical sciences or information systems preferred but not required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide cross-functional teams effectively
