Marketo Developer

Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketo Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Marketo Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and executing advanced marketing automation solutions that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to collaboration, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of marketing operations across various platforms.

Location:Charlotte, North Carolina - Hybrid

What's the Job?

• Design and implement scalable Marketo architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Develop integration strategies with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics, and other Martech platforms.
• Build and manage marketing campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and forms within Marketo.
• Customize Marketo using APIs, custom objects, and advanced configurations to enhance functionality.
• Create dashboards and reports to analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.

What's Needed?

• Experience in marketing automation, with at least 3+ years in Marketo architecture and leadership roles.
• Expertise in Marketo configuration, API integrations, and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and nurturing processes.
• Proficiency in data governance and marketing analytics.
• Marketo Certified Solutions Architect or Expert certification preferred.
