Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and sales sector, is seeking a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be part of the Compensation & Analytics Department supporting the Global Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst

Location: REMOTE

What's the Job?

  • Responsible for the accurate calculation and payment of incentive compensation for the global sales organization
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to process compensation credit adjustments and retroactive changes
  • Provide ad hoc support on various commission inquiries, reporting needs, and issue resolution
  • Help streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end commission processes
  • Partner with Sales Operations to maintain and deploy worldwide annual compensation plans

What's Needed?

  • 4+ years of sales compensation administration, accounting, or finance experience, with a BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience with sales compensation processes and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate within a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
