Sr Software Test Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Software Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in validating complex data flows and business processes across multiple integrated systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Job Title: Senior Software Test Engineer

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay Range: $75/hr

What's the Job?

• Validate end-to-end workflows and business processes across integrated enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and cloud platforms.
• Create and maintain comprehensive validation documentation including Validation Plans, Test Protocols, and Validation Evidence Packages.
• Identify and document defects, data integrity issues, and process deviations to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
• Support the development and execution of validation strategies in regulated environments, particularly in healthcare or medical device sectors.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience validating data flow, business processes, and workflows across multiple integrated systems.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce, SAP, AWS/cloud platforms, and connected enterprise applications.
• Strong background in creating validation documentation such as Validation Plans, Test Protocols, and Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Experience working in regulated environments, especially healthcare or medical device industries, is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
