Our client is seeking a Azure ARO Platform Engineering Consultant to join their team. As a Azure ARO Platform Engineering Consultant, you will be part of the Cloud Infrastructure team supporting enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.  
 

Job Title: Azure ARO Platform Engineering Consultant

Location: Complete remote 

Pay Range: $70-$75 per hr
 

What's the Job?

• Design and implement Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) clusters for various environments.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules for infrastructure automation and governance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for application deployment.
• Establish enterprise RBAC models and integrate security standards across platforms.
• Create operational runbooks and support platform health monitoring and incident response.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or DevOps roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) or OpenShift.
• Expertise in Terraform development and module design.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Azure Networking, Entra ID, RBAC, and security best practices.
