Program Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to join their team. As a Program Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Digital IT department supporting the Research business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate complex projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: East Hanover, NJ

Pay Range: 52-58 W2

What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for strategic data analytics and AI initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate release planning, operational readiness reviews, and production deployments.
• Facilitate alignment and communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

What's Needed?

• Experience managing complex technology, data, or transformation programs.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong program management skills, including planning, organization, and execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience operating within regulated environments and managing governance, risk, and compliance processes.
