Our client, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Abbott Diabetes Care team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be part of the Product Design/Diabetes Care organization, supporting cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Brand, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centered mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $72/hr - $75/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Design end-to-end, human-centered experiences across connected devices, mobile applications, digital platforms, and service touchpoints.
  • Translate customer needs, research insights, and complex health data into intuitive product experiences.
  • Create high-quality interaction designs, visual designs, prototypes, and product demos using tools such as Figma.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Brand, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead design workshops, communicate design rationale, influence product strategy, and mentor other designers.

What’s Needed?

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and visual design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience across mobile and/or desktop platforms.
  • Experience taking complex digital products from concept through delivery and iteration.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research teams; healthcare/MedTech or connected-device experience is a plus.
