Job Title: Contract Management Specialist
Location: Blue Ash, OH – but could consider remote
Pay Rate: $30-32

We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support Portfolio Operations with a primary focus on IT labor and services contract management. This role will manage contract requests, changes, renewals, purchase orders, and related financial/operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of IT labor and services contracts, including new requests, changes, renewals, and POs.
• Track multiple contracts, deadlines, renewals, and stakeholder requests.
• Coordinate with portfolio teams, sourcing, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review requests for completeness and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and other contract-related financial activities.
• Maintain accurate contract records and status trackers.
• Support other Portfolio Operations activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of contract management experience, preferably in IT/technology services.
• Knowledge of managed services, fixed-bid, and T&M contracts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial/contract data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred

• ServiceNow experience.
• Coupa or similar procurement platform experience.
• Experience with POs, invoicing, or budgeting.
