Job Title: Proposal Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Range: $75-85K

We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to manage the proposal development process from opportunity intake through final submission. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys coordinating complex pursuits behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end proposal development and submission activities
  • Review RFPs/RFQs to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines
  • Draft, edit, and format compelling proposal responses
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop proposal messaging and positioning
  • Customize resumes, project profiles, and supporting content for each pursuit
  • Maintain proposal libraries and support presentation/interview preparation
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and branding standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of proposal development experience
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe InDesign experience preferred
  • APMP certification is a plus
