Construction Program Manager 3 | Remote U.S

Our client, a leading technology company in the data center construction industry, is seeking  a Construction Program Manager 3 to join their team. As a Construction Program Manager, you will be part of the Lease Delivery, Construction & Integration Execution Operational Planning (EOP) team supporting regional and global construction programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Pay Range: $74.31 - $80.04/hour

What’s the Job?

• Drive construction-related programs, initiatives, and workstreams from planning through execution, implementation, and closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining governance, accountability, visibility, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, trackers, reports, meeting outputs, training materials, and operational resources.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers while providing leadership-ready reporting and recommendations.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program and/or project management experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or capital project environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder commitments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook; experience with Bluebeam and P6 is a plus.
