Product Manager

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Distributor Sales Acceleration program supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: San Jose, CA - Hybrid

Pay Range: 80 -85 W2

What's the Job?

• Support and drive critical work streams for the Distributor Sales Acceleration program from end-to-end.
• Develop detailed project plans for defined business issues and execute with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate high-priority initiatives across product teams, commerce operations, and external partners.
• Validate AI-assisted content for accuracy, terminology, and functional alignment, ensuring content integrity.
• Navigate fast-paced environments to proactively address downstream blockers and unassigned tasks.

What's Needed?

• Deep understanding of internal systems, commerce, and product structures 
• At least 3+ years of experience independently owning complex, cross-functional initiatives in program or product management.
• Proven experience creating clear and concise PRDs and BRDs.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret high-level project objectives into actionable results.
