Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a SCRUM Master - Senior to join their team. As a SCRUM Master - Senior, you will be part of the Technology Operations supporting multiple agile teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead and facilitate multiple scrum teams to ensure effective agile practices and project delivery.
  • Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify risks and impediments early, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Track team velocity, sprint progress, and maintain comprehensive process documentation.

What's Needed?

  • Certified Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience in agile project management.
  • Experience using Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and maintaining Scrum Boards.
  • Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Experience working on large-scale, technically complex projects, preferably in the financial industry.
