What's the Job?
- Facilitate all core agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery momentum.
- Guide teams in removing impediments, resolving risks, and improving workflow, predictability, and velocity.
- Coach team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to optimize delivery across the broader value stream, supporting organizational agility.
- Maintain delivery readiness through structured preparation activities and support enterprise Agile governance and tooling standards.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in Agile delivery within financial services environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with strong facilitation skills.
- Ability to coach teams at various maturity levels and improve delivery flow.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, especially across distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Agile tools, metrics, and structured coaching plans used in onboarding initiatives.
