Senior Scrum Master

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in supporting agile teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. What's the Job?

• Facilitate all core agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery momentum.
• Guide teams in removing impediments, resolving risks, and improving workflow, predictability, and velocity.
• Coach team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to optimize delivery across the broader value stream, supporting organizational agility.
• Maintain delivery readiness through structured preparation activities and support enterprise Agile governance and tooling standards.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in Agile delivery within financial services environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with strong facilitation skills.
• Ability to coach teams at various maturity levels and improve delivery flow.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, especially across distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile tools, metrics, and structured coaching plans used in onboarding initiatives.
